At G.O. B.I.G., we are committed to supporting our team members' health and wellness. We offer a generous paid time off policy that includes 10 personal days and 10 sick days annually. We also provide a comprehensive employee benefits program in which full-time employees are eligible to participate. Additional voluntary benefits are available at the employee's expense. Dependents of full-time employees receive priority enrollment.
